River City Women's Racing is dedicated to promoting the health and fitness of women through competitive cycling, camaraderie and fun. Through our elite, masters and developmental racing teams, we are able to offer women of any age and life stage a supportive environment in which to learn and excel in the sport of bicycle racing.

RCWR includes both beginners and top competitors of all ages in road, mountain bike, cyclocross and triathlon racing. Team members have accumulated 10 state championships, an Omnium championship, and a combined 46 national and regional wins.

Though based in Richmond, Virginia, we welcome women from all over the Commonwealth. In addition to Central Virginia, team members currently represent Tidewater and Piedmont regions.

Cat 1,2,3 Race
Julie K. finished 2nd in a two person break with Laura Cook, it started out as a four person break and Julie and Laura dropped the other two women on a prime. Emily J and Emily H were in the pack for the 5th place sprint finish. Great job to Julie with another podium finish for RCWR!!

Cat 4 Race
A straight forward race for the women 4 riders who had their own peleton today. Marnie did an awesome job staying upright in the danger zone when 3 riders went down right behind her. Tiffany and Marnie both rode a strong race and Tiffany finished in 3rd place behind Ali and Sharon with a group sprint finish. Great job ladies!!
